Staffley.AI provides an AI-powered call answering and lead capture service. Our platform answers incoming calls on your behalf, engages with callers using artificial intelligence, captures enquiry details, and delivers this information to you via dashboard, email, or integrations.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Staffley.AI services:

• For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• To harass, abuse, or harm others
• To transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with or disrupt our services
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

5. Pricing and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis with pricing based on call minutes. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Staffley.AI services are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content, but grant us a licence to use it to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffley.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
